I was told that I cost money to change the color of the vehicle on the documents. Like you have to order another title, and change the color on the registration. And I think the VIN also probably shows the color of the car so that probably has to be changed?? No documents changes are necessary.
One more thing, VIN numbers doesn't tell anything about the color of the vehicle.
