How much does it cost to change to a gas stove?

i have an electric stove and want to get a gas stove i love to cook but we wanted a house and the house we loved did not have gas stove so we settled for electric. I want to change over to gas what is involved and how much would it cost me to get a gas stove. i know i will probly have to buy a propane tank or something but i don't know how to get things started. any help would be greatHow much does it cost to change to a gas stove?Contact one of the Propane companies in the phone book that are near you. They can come out and give you an exact estimate. Since you will not be heating with it...you should not have to get over a 250 gallon tank...they may even have some 100 gallon tanks. They can also tell you if you have any restrictions on placing a tank in you neighborhood.
