Yellow gold plated with rhodium. If you're seriously thinking about changing to actual silver then you would have to get the stones reset. Resetting stones, depending on the difficulty and degree of expertise you need (things like tension set's need to be taken to a more experienced jeweler) and they will give you an estimation. Are you sure you really mean silver, as in the metal? Maybe you are really talking about a silver colour which means white gold or platinum. Obviously, these two would be more costly than silver. But, they are also more durable.
